Russia announces the start of withdrawal procedures from the “open skies” treaty

The Russian Foreign Ministry announced, Friday, that Moscow has begun internal procedures to withdraw from the Open Skies Treaty. And she said in a statement that Russia will start withdrawing from the treaty due to lack of progress in removing obstacles that prevent its continuation.
