Netanyahu orders the building of 800 new settlement units in the West Bank

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has ordered the payment of a project to build 800 housing units in areas of the West Bank, including the town where Esther Horgen, who was killed in an attack late last year, lived.

According to a statement by the Israeli Prime Minister’s Office, “He instructed to pay the project to build hundreds of housing units in Judea and Samaria, for example more than 100 housing units in Tal Menashe, the town in which the citizen Esther Horjen, who was killed by a Palestinian, lived, as well as building what More than 200 housing units in Rehalim and Novi Nihamia, as part of the town planning.

Netanyahu also ordered that a plan to build 400 additional housing units in Beit El, Aviatar, Shavei Shomron, Shkhunat Havatikim, Barkan Industrial Zone, Kerni Shomron and Givat Ze’ev be submitted to the Supreme Planning Council for approval during its next session.
