According to a real estate insider, Jungkook bought a two-story house in November last year, worth 7.63 billion won (about $ 7.1 million or 26.5 million Saudi riyals).

The age of the property he bought is 45 years old, as it was built in 1976 and the total area of ​​the property is 637 square meters, while the land area itself is 230.74 square meters.

The house is currently being rented by a foreign company.

His purchase of this home came after he sold his apartment in Seoul Forest Trimage Towers in October last year. It is an apartment that he bought for 1.95 billion won in October 2018 but never lived in it and eventually sold it for 2.05 billion won on October 7, 2020.Real estate experts predicted that he was likely not making any profit from that apartment since he had to pay the property tax in addition to other fees.
