Netanyahu’s lawyers are asking for the indictment hearing to be postponed

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu informed the court of his intention to examine the re-submission of an application for immunity to the Knesset from the three corruption charges against him.

The defense team asked the court to postpone the hearing to submit its response to the amended indictment, claiming that he did not obtain all the materials from the prosecution, and that a number of his lawyers were quarantined due to the Corona virus and were unable to submit it in writing at the specified time before the session.

The hearing is supposed to take place in the presence of the accused, including Netanyahu, next Wednesday
