Chicken breasts with lemon and garlic

Ingredients

Chicken breast: 1 kg (cut into slices)
Garlic: head (crushed)
Lemon juice: 2 tablets
Salt: a tablespoon
Olive oil: half a cup
– Black pepper to taste
Cardamom: 1/4 teaspoon (ground)

How to prepare

  • 1 . Beat the chicken breasts with the cooking hammer and place the chicken breast cutlets between two nylon pieces.
    2 . Put the cutlets in a bowl and add half the amount of lemon juice, salt, pepper, cardamom, a teaspoon of garlic, cover them and leave them for two hours in the refrigerator.
    3 .  After an hour, take them out of the refrigerator and add a quarter cup of olive oil and stir to cover all parts.
    4 . Spread chicken nuggets on the grill or in a non-stick skillet.
    5 . Heat the rest of the olive oil in a pot over a fire, then add the garlic and salt to taste, because the slices  are soaked with salt and the rest of the lemon and heat them well, then pour the mixture over the chicken cutlets.
    6 . You can serve it with rice or french fries.
