Coronation Street’s Sarah ‘exposed as Adam’s attacker’ after new evidence

Sarah Platt found herself accused of being Adam Barlow’s attacker yet again on Coronation Street on Christmas Eve.

The character had previously been a suspect in the attack on her husband, but denied it.

Adam was hit over the head and left for dead earlier this month, leaving him fighting for his life.

As he remained in a coma on Thursday, Daniel Osbourne found new evidence that he believed fitted Sarah to the crime.

He confronted her, accusing her of being the person who tried to kill Adam.

Daniel had located Adam’s phone and charged it up, before making a discovery.

He revealed there was a missed call from Peter on the night of the attack.

Not only that, but Daniel found text messages on the phone sent to him from Sarah, before the attack.

They weren’t exactly nice messages, but it was also the fact she begged to see him shortly before he was attacked.

Sarah had messaged Adam demanding they meet up, and the attack happened around this time.

Daniel claimed this proved Sarah had a motive and also needed an alibi.

As he accused her to her face of hurting her husband, Sarah yet again denied the claims.

She revealed he never replied to her after her second messages, and that she never went looking for him as a result.

But is Sarah telling the truth, and if she is who did track down Adam that night?
