Made In Chelsea star Sam Thompson has decided to give things another try with Zara McDermott in emotional scenes that will play out in tonight’s show.
The 28-year-old reality star had been torn between his head and his heart after discovering that his Love Island girlfriend had cheated on him in the past.
Throughout the last few weeks on the show, Zara was seen begging Sam for forgiveness after she confessed to being unfaithful early on in their relationship.
Tonight’s confirmation comes after mounting speculation from fans that the pair had rekindled their romance after being pictured together on several occasions.
In a sneak peek at tonight’s exciting Made In Chelsea episode, Sam brought Zara back to the same park where they had initially parted ways.
“I know this isn’t a nice park for us, obviously it’s got a lot of bad memories. We effectively broke up here but I wanted to bring you back here to say what I’ve got to say,” Sam began in the clip.
The Chelsea boy then explained that he had mused over their relationship with his friends and family but had come to a decision.
He added: “I’ve done a lot of thinking within myself.
“I’m not ready to let you go and I just can’t ignore how I feel. I would rather regret trying and it failing then not trying at all and I think that if you would like to, I would like to see if we can get through this.
Zara then cast a brief smile before bursting into tears at the news.
“I’m not crying because I’m sad. I feel relieved,” she explained.
The former Love Island star then added that she has been thinking about him a lot and thanked him for giving her another show.
“Moving forward might be a bit tough, just sort of convincing, well me convincing everyone that it is the right move and I genuinely believe that it is,” Sam explained.
“I want you to know I won’t let you down with anything and you have my whole heart,” Zara reassured her beau.
The duo then shared a passionate kiss as they marked their reunion.
The latest Made In Chelsea episode actually comes weeks after the couple are believed to have finally given their romance another shot after announcing their shock split in September.
Speaking to the MailOnline at the start of December, Sam opened up about forgiving his loved ones, admitting “we all make mistakes.”
“I believe in forgiveness. I understand the context – and I think in any walk of life you can’t move forward unless you forgive,” he told the publication.
Although the lovebirds have kept their rekindled romance off social media to a great extent, some weeks ago Zara also shared a loved up snap alongside Sam.
